Academic Qualifications:
MEng Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Cardiff University
During her studies, Amelia covered many aspects of Electrical Engineering, with particular focus on Radio Frequency Engineering and Batteries. Throughout her final year Amelia worked on two projects. The first centred on developing a bio-sensing device which used resonant cavities and modulated microwave absorption in the detection of Tuberculosis. The second focused on the design and build of the accumulator for Cardiff University’s first electric Formula Student car.
In her final year Amelia was awarded the Keysight Technologies RF and Microwave Industry-Ready Student prize for the best application of RF circuits.
