Nataly joined Abel + Imray in 2022, and is based in our Delft Office. Prior to joining us, Nataly held roles with the Ukrainian Institute of Industrial Property, a patent attorney firm in Kyiv and most recently provided consultancy services as a patent attorney.
Experience offered by Nataly includes: Filing, analysis of foreign and national applications, especially in the field of pharmacology and medicine; adaptation of the applications to the requirements of national patent legislation; choosing the appropriate strategy and tactics for the best patent protection of applicant interests; conducting patent clearance searches; drafting patent specifications (inventions and utility models); filing and prosecuting patent applications; novelty searches over patents and technical literature in the fields of biotechnology, chemistry, medicine, pharmacology.
